All sales are final and we do not accept returns. Damaged items can be replaced upon evaluation.


Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The envelope of the product is designed for protection purposes during delivery and storage purposes afterward. Thus, it will not be considered for returns or exchanges.
